Collaborative, Capable, Connected

Loretta Browne, MA CEng MIMechE, Director of CoLAB
I have experience of working in technical management roles for a number of successful organisations across the Defence and Nuclear Industries.
I started my career in Project Management in the Ministry of Defence where I delivered a number of challenging projects before moving into Business Development where I have spent the last decade focussed on winning technical projects in the Defence and Nuclear sectors.
I thrive on making connections to bring about new opportunities and innovative solutions that deliver value to all parties.
I am also passionate about attracting and retaining diverse talent into the organisations I support and currently sit on the Executive Board of Women in Nuclear UK.
As well as a wealth of vocational training, I have a Masters in Sales Management which complements my technical background. I have a Masters in Aerospace Engineering, and am a Chartered Member of the Institute of Mechanical Engineers as well as a Associate Member of the Nuclear Institute.
